It’s as simple as being willing to ask questions and not stay in conclusions about the situation, judging if it is right or wrong, good or bad.
There is a phrase in Access that I love. It’s called ”the crazy phrase” :
Nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be and everything is the opposite of what it appears to be.
Say this three times.
If you feel like your brain just broke that’s what it’s designed to do…kind of.
It’s designed to take you out of your computational mind, where you try and calculate and compute everything, and in to the more undefined reality that actually is you. Where you have infinite possibilities.
So what can you choose to play with now? What choices do you have that other people do not have?
Well for one thing you have the choice and ability to ask questions to open up to a space of infinite possibilities and true choice. Choice creates awareness so you can’t ever really fail – can you?
So say you have a locked situation of opposition, what choices do you have?
You can ask:
Who am I being?
to gain awareness of from where you function in that specific situation and have a new choice.
What energy space and consciousness can we be to change this?
What if that is something no one have ever asked for before in this situation? What could that contribute?
What do they need to hear?
What can I say to manipulate this into the greatest consciousness and the best outcome for me, and all?
Lets talk about manipulation. We have been imprinted and learned that this is something bad, something people do for their own advantage hurting or belittling others in the way, a ruthlessness with other people.
Well if I take the example of a chiropractor manipulating your joints to work better would you say that is something bad? Manipulation literally means to skillfully or artfully manage—it’s not in the description that it’s something people use to hurt others.
The greatest manipulations are the ones that are true, and manipulate others to greater choices.
You can even know it is a manipulation and it still works. It does not always have to be covert, although sometimes it really is best 😉 Use your awareness!!
Other really good basic tools that just keep on working better and better the more you get into using them is:
IPOV: Interesting point of view
Say it for yourself (out loud or in your head ) for everything in you or from another person that causes some type of reaction, emotion, or judgement. And then you don’t have to resist and react or align and agree, judge or do anything, just say (and mean) interesting point of view.
Who does this belong to?
This is a very useful tool to ask whenever you feel any funky feeling, tension, contraction. If it lightens up even the slightest it’s not yours. Then say ”return to sender with awareness attached” and use the clearing statement if you are familiar with it. You can read about it here: www.theclearingstatement.com
How does it get any better than this?
Ask for all good things and bad things that shows up in your life.
What else is possible?
Is a really powerful question to get out of conclusion and into infinite possibilities. Think of it as opening all doors in a long corridor to all possibilities where the conclusions closes all doors except the one you decided was what can happen.
Also a great way of contributing to the world in your day to day life is by being happy!
Don’t let anyone diminish your joy. Seek what makes you happy and do as much as possible of that and hang around other people who are happy.
Happiness is contagious – what if we could make it the next great plague?
What would that create?
The processes and questions found in this text are from Access Consciousness which was founded by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer, and among other things is a set of tools which assist people in becoming more conscious about the way in which they move through the world.
